No Car at that time had the potential to compete with the Veyron. It had 16 cylinders!. Highest Number of cylinders on any production car. That Engine Developed a Whooping 1000 Horsepower which pushed the Veyron to a top speed of 253Mph that's 407Kmh!. It was Voted the Car of the year in 2005 by Top gear. It became supremely famous. Every person desired to have it. But all of this came with a Price tag and it was 2 Million dollars which were pretty Expensive. Even Multi- millionaires had to think before buying that Car. But once the Buyers Test Drove it, they realized that those 2 Million Dollars were worth it. On the Design front, some people loved it and some hated it. But Looks are Subjective, we can't do anything in that. The Interior was Nice and Comfy, was Luxurious as well. The Road Presence was Massive, people would run behind it just to take a Picture of this Legendary Car. Now other Manufactures had already begun the thought process of defeating the Veyron, but none of them succeeded. The Secret was the Engine, it was an 8.0 Litre, W16 Quad Turbocharged Engine. It was a Mid Engined Hypercar, came with All-Wheel Drive System and Had a kerb weight of around 1850 Kgs which Gave it a Power to weight Ratio Of 523 Horsepower per Ton!. When it was Given the Title of the World's Fastest production car, it became more famous and Became the car of the decade. (2000-2009). Plus this car Breathed Gasoline, company Officials Claimed that the 100 Litre Fuel tank would be Empty in 9 Minutes when the car is running in Its Top Speed Mode. Various Variants were Made Of the Veyron. Bugatti Had Planned a Total Of 450 Veyrons for the Production Worldwide. All the Variants were Divided In as: Veyron 16.4(178 Models). Grand Sport(150 Models). SuperSport(30 Models) and The Grand Sport Vitesse(92 Models). One of the Coolest Things I have ever Encountered in a Hypercar, that is the Bugatti Speed Key. On-road the Bugatti Veyron is Limited to just Around 200 Kmph but when you insert the Speed key in the Keyhole provided adjacent to the driver's seat, the Computer in the car does a Full swipe and checks if all the Conditions are Favorable to take the car to 253 Mph and Then The Veyron is Ready to Takeoff!. The Last Veyron was Rolled out In 2015 and it was Named the "La Finale" and was Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show In 2015. Bugatti announced that they were going to bring the successor of the Veyron and They Unveiled it at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show and as we all know it, It's The Chiron. Which has the same engine configuration but with more power and Torque. Like the Veyron Bugatti will only be producing 500 Units of the Chiron.
